Phase 1 of the project (West Course back nine) is now beginning to take shape, with regular maintenance practices producing excellent playing surfaces throughout.

The Paspalum species of grasses seem to attract various hungry little ‘critters’ such as ‘Army Worms’, who seem to think it’s more of a ‘makan stall’ than a golf course. However this is not unusual in the tropical Malaysian conditions but will continue to keep the maintenance staff on their toes in prevention measures rather than cure. 

Holes 1 and 2 on the 2nd phase have been partly grassed with additional complexes on 3, 8 & 9 undergoing final shaping before sod is laid.
